When important decisions are being made, it is important to have all perspectives represented in the discussions - it is important to have women in the room with the authority to influence the outcome. Despite comprising 52% of the world's population, women have always been excluded from the decision-making process. This is true in business and in government, in the household, and in all areas of daily life.
