GENDER EQUALITY AND

WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT : united states

When important decisions are being made, it is important to have all perspectives represented in the discussions - it is important to have women in the room with the authority to influence the outcome. Despite comprising 52% of the world's population, women have always been excluded from the decision-making process in business and government, in the household, and in all areas of daily life. On this page you will see articles, video, and other information that present the negative outcomes of gender-based exclusion and the positive outcomes of including women in the decision-making process.

CONTRIBUTOR COMMENTS
