SCHEDULED MEETINGS, EVENTS, AND ACTIVITIES

Scroll down to view the tentative schedule of activities through March 2022. With the emergence of new coronavirus variants, it is likely that we will continue holding our activities online throughout the entire schedule.

PLORG = Planning and Organizing meetings open only to invited members
TOPIX = Topic Discussions that are open to anyone who is interested
off = no activity scheduled but the time can be used if necessary

Each week, our meetings will be held over two sessions: Sunday at 6pm and Monday at 2pm. The intent for holding two sessions is to allow everyone the chance to choose the session that best fits their personal schedule.

The meetings will be held using Google Meet. Thirty (30) minutes prior to each meeting, a link will be activated and placed on a page of our website. Attendees are encouraged to open the Google Meet window during the time before the meeting's start time, mute their camera and microphone, and remain muted until the meeting has started and it is time to join the discussion.
